IN4 Hospitality began with a simple idea: to bring hotel professionals together in an informal setting to share ideas, challenges, and experiences.

Founded by Sarah Thompson of Octopus Revenue, the very first event was small and intimate, so much so that only two people attended. But what it lacked in numbers, it made up for in purpose. That moment marked the start of what would become a long-standing and well-respected networking platform within the hospitality industry.

Over the past decade, IN4 Hospitality has grown significantly, evolving into a recognised and highly attended series of events across the UK. Today, it brings together hoteliers, commercial leaders, revenue managers, and industry suppliers for insightful discussion, market updates, and meaningful networking.

As we celebrate our 10-year anniversary, we are taking the events back to their roots. This year is about keeping things simple, focused, and true to what made IN4 Hospitality successful in the first place, bringing people together in an open, collaborative environment where real conversations happen.

While we have been fortunate to work with industry sponsors over the years, this anniversary year is different. We are returning to a more independent, community-driven format, focused entirely on connection, learning, and shared experience.

We are proud of the journey so far and incredibly grateful to the partners who have supported us along the way. In particular, STR who have remained long-standing supporters of IN4 Hospitality, helping to develop and sustain the events over the years and shape them into what they are today.

As we look ahead, our focus remains the same as it was on day one: creating valuable spaces for hospitality professionals to connect, learn, and grow together.
